Elie Wiesel

There are many reasons why Elie Wiesel wrote the memior Night. The most prominent reason that Elie Wiesel wrote Night is because he wanted to tell others about how terrible and devastating the Holocaust was. As Fifteen-year-old male Wiesel witnessed his dad being beaten to death by Nazis. Even though he didn’t want to dwell on the events of his rough past he still chose to write about the Holocaust so he could share his experience with later generations. He didn’t ever want anything to happen like that ever again. That is the most prominent reason why Elie Wiesel wrote the inspirational book Night.
